1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and cancel the order without charge.
2. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 4–6 business days
- Non-metro cities and towns: 6–9 business days
- Remote locations: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier service disruptions, festive rush or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed clearly on the product page and at the point of ordering. All orders are Cash on Delivery only.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking details on the email address provided during ordering.
6. Failed Deliveries
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us and treated as cancelled.
