Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. Here's how returns and refunds work at Rachna Creation.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns will be accepted only for manufacturing defects, damaged pieces or if you received an incorrect item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, night wear and lounge wear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

4. How to Request a Return

Email us at rachanacreatiion@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Reference Number, product details and photos of the item. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or return instructions.

5. Refunds

Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer to the account details provided by you. Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Replacements

Where a replacement is available, we will ship the replacement piece at no extra cost after the returned item is received and verified.
