1. Cancellation by You
You can request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. To cancel, email us at rachanacreatiion@gmail.com with your Reference Number as early as possible.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse to accept the delivery, the order will be treated as a return and we reserve the right to restrict future orders from repeat non-acceptance.
3. Cancellation by Us
Rachna Creation reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- The delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners.
- Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to a technical error.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or a pattern of repeat non-acceptance.
In such cases we will notify you by email and cancel the order without charge.
